Legion Of Mary-
Weekly meetings on Thursdays at 7:30pm are followed up by visits to homes, hospitals, etc.
The SVP conference -
Weekly meetings on Fridays at 7:30pm are followed by visits to adopted families, providing material aid & support to the needy.
The Konkani CLC -
Weekly meetings on Thursday at 5:30 pm, besides organizing the liturgy for the 7:00am Konkani mass on Sunday and the holy hour on 1st Thursday, it gives Konkani speaking people a forum.
The Hope & Life Movement-
A support group for widows, it meets on the 1st Tuesday of the month at 5:30pm.
The Bombay Catholic Sabha -
The diocesan association of Catholics that aims at civic,social & political involment of the community, the managing committee meets every month on the 2nd Saturday at 7:45 pm.
The Young Christian Workers (YCW)-
A Group for working people, it meets on the 2nd & 4th Sunday of the month at 10:00am. The YCW runs the employment bureau, book bank & programmes for training working persons.
The Parish Youth-
Meet in neighbourhood groups (NYGs). Membership is open to all youth between 16 – 25 yrs of age. The focus is on fellowship, formation & service.
The Sacred Heart League-
Encourages consecration of homes to the Sacred Heart of Jesus & the 1st Friday devotion.
Altarservers- to serve at masses on weekdays & Sundays.the meetings are held alternate Sundays at 10:30am.
Junior Legion of Mary- weekly meetings. Junior legionaries help with the church stall, besides visiting homes , hospitals etc.
Charismatic Prayer Group- meets on Mondays at 7:30pm in church to praise and thank the Lord and to grow in the Word of God.
We have a number of cells operating –
Civic and Political Cell meets on the last Monday of the month at 7:30pm. It focuses on making a difference to our neigbourhood.
Family Cell works out ways to help families grow in love & unity.
The Health Cell organizes various health-related seminars & activities .
Liturgy Team meets to prepare Sunday & special liturgies (2nd Tuesday of every month at 7:30pm)
You can also offer your services to read at mass – on weekdays or Sundays (monthly meeting last Saturday of every month at 7:45pm); to lead the singing or even join one of the choirs; help with the ushering.
Or offer help with the art & décor (for special occasions )or send matter for the parish bulletin.
